Standard Length Diamond Coated End Mills are designed for the milling of abrasive, non-ferrous materials such as Graphite, Carbon, Ceramics in the Green State, and Composites such as Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) and High Density Fiber Glass, including G10, and G11.

Our diamond coated Standard Length End Mills are the sharpest of the diamond coated tools currently on the market which allows the machining of thin walls with less chance of breakage of the material, and providing superior finish of the part. The diamond coating ensures that the tool stays sharp throughout the life of the tool. Long life and higher feeds and speeds increase efficiency of the machining operation by allowing faster machining and fewer tool changes.
